What is Startup Weekend?

Startup Weekend is a global grassroots movement of active and empowered entrepreneurs who are learning the basics of founding startups and launching successful ventures. The non-profit organization is headquartered in Seattle, Washington but Startup Weekend organizers and facilitators can be found in over 200 cities around the world.

What's next?

Startup Weekend Cluj 2015 is here!

The official Startup Weekend Cluj language is English. The organizers, the pitchers, the coaches and the jury will be speaking English. Why? Because it’s the Lingua Franca of startups, because we have invited international mentors and jury members, because we don’t want to exclude other nationalities and we want the world outside to know and understand what the heck we’re doing. :)
